Your free month starts the day your stand is activated. Text messages start once US carriers have approved your business number, usually about two weeks after sign-up. Allowances renew each month, with no rollover and no automatic extra charge.

How does it work in your business?

  1. Set up your loyalty program

    Choose a reward and the number of visits needed. We prepare your business’s card and the stand for your counter.

  2. Customers fill up their card

    On their first visit, customers create their card on their phone. On later visits, they tap their phone on the stand again to earn their daily point.

  3. See who to invite back

    Check your summary every Monday. Choose the customers to contact, prepare your message and send a follow-up by text or email.

Which number sends the text messages?

Each business gets its own local US number, registered with US carriers in your business’s name. Your customers see your business name in every text.

You do not need to set anything up: Klapp handles the number and the registration for you.

How are messages counted?

One text to one customer counts as one message, up to 160 characters. A longer text counts as two. Contacting the same customer twice uses two messages.

Your allowance renews each month. Unused messages do not roll over, and a customer receives at most one offer per week from your business.

What if I’ve used all my messages?

Nothing is charged automatically. If there are not enough messages left, sending is blocked. You can use the emails in your plan or move to a larger plan.

Should I use text messages or email?

For a last-minute offer, such as a slot that opens up, choose a text message: it is read quickly.

For news and promotions, prefer email, whatever the size of the list.

Is sales tax included?

Prices are shown per month and per location. Your invoice states any tax that applies.
