What is Klapp?
Klapp is a loyalty program with no app to download. Customers hold their phone near the contactless stand, earn up to one point per day and keep their loyalty card in their Wallet.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The card is added directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no download, no account and no QR code to scan.
How does the contactless stand work?
On their first visit, customers hold their phone near the stand to create their card. On later days, the same gesture earns up to one point per day. The stand needs no Wi-Fi, batteries or cables.
How do I know if my customers are coming back?
Every Monday, you receive a summary of visits, customer numbers, rewards earned and customers to contact.
How much does Klapp cost?
Basic is $79, Smart is $129 (recommended) and Premium is $199 per month and per location, with no commitment. Every plan includes digital loyalty cards, the counter stand, visit tracking, a weekly summary and access to Google reviews. Basic includes 500 text messages and 3,000 emails per month; Smart, 1,500 and 6,000; Premium, 4,000 and 12,000. Contact us if you have several locations.
What is included in the free month?
Your first month is free, with every feature of your plan. It starts the day your stand is activated, so you never pay while you wait for it.
How do text messages work?
Each business gets its own local US number, registered with US carriers in the business’s name. Registration usually takes about two weeks after sign-up; your loyalty cards and emails work in the meantime. Texts only go to customers who chose to receive them, and they can reply STOP at any time.
How are my messages counted?
Allowances are monthly and do not roll over. One text to one customer counts as one message, up to 160 characters; a longer text counts as two. A customer receives at most one offer per week from your business, whatever the channel. Allowances limit sending, not customers: all your customers are kept, whichever plan you choose.
What if my remaining balance is too low?
Nothing is charged automatically. The campaign is not sent if the balance is too low. You can use the emails in your plan or move to a larger plan.
Where is Klapp available?
We are opening Klapp to businesses in Florida first. If your business is in another state, leave your details and we will let you know when Klapp is available there.
When can I start?
We are opening Klapp in Florida business by business. Leave your details in the early access form and we will reach out to set up your card and stand.
